We use a four-quadrant scorecard: outcomes (what they've shipped), operating speed (how fast they iterate), standard-holding (will they raise the floor or lower it), and leverage (do they multiply the team or add to the queue).
Operators score 8+ across all four. Order-takers score high on one and shrug at the rest. Don't confuse them.
